Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Run day-to-day operations for the Youth Cabinet and the Stage I–IV Program; coordinate branch activities across time zones; maintain partnerships with academic institutions and sponsors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in sociology, psychology, or management; excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) communication; experience with NGOs, student organizations, or cross-border project management.
Mental Health Research Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist the Research Director in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing field data; help draft academic papers, white papers, and survey designs on Chinese community mental wellbeing.
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate in psychology, statistics, public health, or related fields; proficiency in SPSS/R/Python; rigorous academic mindset and strong literature-research skills.
Cross-Cultural Communications Specialist
Responsibilities:
Plan and design content for CNPAF's WeChat, RED, and Instagram channels; write press releases and feature interviews to grow our social impact.
Requirements:
Sharp digital instincts and strong writing — able to explain complex psychology in plain, warm language; fluent with layout and design tools; deeply aligned with our de-pathologizing philosophy.
