A Support Network for Every Life Stage

Many psychological struggles are really unsolved practical problems. So our support goes straight at the real-world pain points.

Stage I

Navigation Point
Upfront Psychological Navigation & Resource Matching

Every visitor starts here. Through bilingual conversation we map your situation and distinguish everyday emotional stress from conditions that need professional clinical care.

Stage II

Buffer Zone
Structured Non-clinical Support (Core Service)

We bind emotional support tightly to practical problem-solving. Anxious about academics? We help you process the feelings — and coach you through the appeal email. Facing workplace barriers? We bring culturally informed strategies.

Stage III / IV

Medical Safety Net
Clinical Intervention & Professional Referral

When assessment shows a clear clinical need, we use our academic network to refer you seamlessly to licensed psychiatrists with Asian cultural backgrounds — ensuring the safest possible care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. This is exactly why CNPAF exists. We believe in de-pathologizing: most overseas young people who feel stuck have simply lost their bearings for a moment — they don't need a medical label. Our non-clinical mentorship is built to catch precisely this kind of stress.

Completely free. It is our commitment as a nonprofit. The 15-minute screening is open to everyone, so that every voice asking for help gets heard.

Strictly confidential, zero impact. What we provide is non-clinical humanistic support, with no medical diagnosis involved — nothing is ever filed as a "psychiatric record" in any system. You can let your guard down here.

* Stage I & Stage II of this program provide non-clinical psychological support and practical navigation only, and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or psychiatric treatment. In a life-threatening emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
