What problem are we solving?
Our core purpose is accessible psychological support and actionable guidance. Stage I skips lengthy psychoanalysis and focuses intensely on the specific problem driving your stress right now — like not knowing how to talk to your parents or partner after a fight, or how to word an email asking for an assignment extension.
What's the difference between Stage I and Stage II?
If mental wellbeing were physical health, Stage I is the triage desk and the first-aid kit — quick relief and direction. Formal, longer-term psychological mentorship belongs to Stage II.
Why are extra sessions tiered in price?
As a nonprofit our resources are limited. Tiering Stage I sessions prevents resources from being monopolized long-term, keeping support flowing to the students who need it most urgently.
What is the Supporter "Triage Fast-Track"?
If your Navigator determines you need Stage II (formal counseling):
Supporter Members: a green channel — skip the booking process and receive an additional in-depth assessment session, evaluated by professionals with immediate connection to follow-up services.
Free navigation users: similar to hospital registration — a deposit and standard queue are required before entering that assessment step.

Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt?
Yes. CNPAF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit registered in California, and your Supporter Membership fee counts as a tax-deductible donation. After payment, our system automatically emails you an official annual tax receipt that meets IRS audit standards.
